It is understood and agreed to by all members, officers and employees that the Print Suppliers Group and its individual members will maintain strict compliance with all current and future state and federal antitrust rules and regulations.
In addition, no PSG Group or member activity or communication will:
- Be used for the purpose of bring about or attempting to bring about any understanding, arrangement or agreement, written or oral, formal or informal, express or implied, among competitors with regard to prices, terms or conditions of sales, distribution, volume, territories or customers, or prices or purchases of any non-PSG licensed materials, equipment, services, supplies or suppliers.
- Be used for the purpose of bring about or attempting to bring about any understanding, arrangement or agreement, written or oral, formal or informal, express or implied, among competitors with regard to prices, terms or conditions of sales, distribution, volume, territories or customers, or prices or purchases of any non-PSG licensed materials, equipment, services, supplies or suppliers.
